When can I expect to receive my order?

We act on any and all orders that come in as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and shipped within 3 days of receipt and are shipped out from our San Francisco Bay Area based warehouse.

Once the item is shipped, the general shipping time ranges from 3-7 days depending on your location. Once the item is shipped, the time it takes to arrive at your door is out of our control.

If it is lost during shipping or transit, we do not replace lost items. Please reach out to info@zenzonehealing.com to discuss options if something were to happen in the transit process.

How do I properly care for my candle?

We recommend trimming the wick of your candle to ¼” before your first light. Upon your first light we also recommend that you allow your candle to burn for at least 1-2 hours before blowing it out, ensuring that the entire surface of your candle is melted. This will keep your candle from tunneling, allowing for a smooth and even burn.

How do I retrieve my crystal from the bottom of my Crystal Intention Candle?

Once you get down to the bottom of your candle, it’s time to collect your one-of-a-kind crystal! Blow out the candle and allow the glass and crystal to cool before you extract it. We use a pair of chopsticks, spoon or fork to retrieve the crystal and then give it a rinse with warm-hot water and wipe off the liquified wax with a soft towel.

Are your candles truly natural?

Yes they are 100% natural and free of all carcinogens and chemicals commonly associated with scented candles. Our candles are made with 100% pure Soy Wax and are scented with Essential Oils instead of chemically derived “All Natural” Fragrance Oils.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we happily ship internationally! International shipping rates apply and delivery times are also extended.
