Shipping Details:

  • We act on any and all orders that come in as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and shipped within 3 days of receipt and are shipped out from our San Francisco Bay Area-based warehouse
  • Once the item is shipped, the general shipping time ranges from 3-7 days depending on your location
  • Once the item is shipped, the time it takes to arrive at your door is out of our control.
  • If it is lost during shipping or transit, we do not replace lost items
  • Please reach out to info@zenzonehealing.com to discuss options if something were to happen in the transit process

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@zenzonehealing.com. If your candle has been lit, we can not accept it as a return. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us unless it arrived broken.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have been untampered with and be returned “retail-ready” in original packaging

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Provide us with the reason for your return and what you wish to receive (exchange, store credit, or refund)

  • Please allow for 3-7 business days for a refund or replacement product to arrive
  • Store credit will be active for use within 3 business days
  • Return or exchange shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless the item arrived broken or damaged
